Elite Cameron Gears Up For The Future

Donnerstag 23. November 2000 - Recent developments at Elite Cameron have seen the enlarging of its sales team in both the UK and US operations, the holding of a European agents meeting.

In UK Sales, David Stone has been taken on as European Sales Manager. Formerly with PCMC and Black Clawson, he worked with Cameron for several years in the past and brings a wealth of product knowledge and experience to the team. At the US office in Piscataway, New Jersey, Julie Manganaro assumes the post of Inside Sales Administrator while John Marold has joined from Dusenbery to take over the East Coast Territories. John has a vast knowledge of converter type machines and will be a great asset to the company. At the same time, seven manufacturing representatives have been appointed in the US to promote the Elite Cameron range of products.

In the two meetings either side of the Atlantic, agents and staff were brought up to date with the greatly enlarged product range, the merger explained, product training given and several installations visited. Steve Cording, Sales Director, believes that both meetings were extremely beneficial. „We were able to explain exactly what the merger meant, and what this has brought to the product range. The response from the agents was extremely positive and we are all looking forward to a successful 2001”.

Meanwhile, work is moving on apace to develop new literature and a new logo, which will make its first appearance at the International Converting Exhibition in Amsterdam next year.
